Students from Roxboro Elementary School in North Syracuse CSD came to deliver a special safety message to the participants
"Red Lights on the Bus mean stop, STOP for us!"

NYS Assembly member, Al Stirpe, 121st District, came to the event and read the Governor's Proclamation.
|
Syracuse Police Dept. Captain Shannon Trice came to the podium to speak on behalf of the nine local and state law enforcement
agencies represented at today's event. His message echoes the statewide message - Stop for the flashing red lights! Capt.
Trice is also Chairperson of the Onondaga County Traffic Safety Advisory Board.
